The Tourism Management degrees at Aberystwyth have again fared well in the recently published Complete University Guide (13/14), coming sixth in the UK and first in Wales.

Dr Brian Garrod, Reader in Tourism Management, said “This marks the fourth year in a row that Aberystwyth has come in the top six of the sixty or so Universities across the UK that offer tourism, hospitality, leisure and recreation courses. As such, it represents a major accolade for the School of Management and Business, where our tourism management courses are based.”

The Complete University Guide is compiled by Mayfield University Consultants , who between 1996 and 2006 compiled the university league tables for The Times Good University Guide. Mayfield has been publishing The Complete University Guide online since 2007 and rank courses at UK Universities according to nine separate criteria.
