Securing Accommodation at UEA Norwich 

Living in Halls of Residence at the University of East Anglia is an unmissable experience, so make sure your students take advantage of their UEA Accommodation Guarantee.

To ensure applicants receive their UEA room allocation, they should take the following steps:

1. Submit a completed online Accommodation Application Form by 11.59 pm GMT on the 31st July 2013 (deadline applicable for Postgraduate Masters Taught, Research and Undergraduate applicants).
2. Pay the £2,000 UEA International Student Deposit (Postgraduate students only).  Applicants holding an offer of a place on a 8, 6 or 4 week INTO Pre-Sessional course, and who are applying for a joint CAS, are required to pay a £2,000 deposit to INTO only.
3. Ensure that we have received any qualification results that are still pending and that are a condition of their offer with us.

To ensure applicants receive their UEA London room allocation, please ensure they take the following steps:

Complete a UEA London Accommodation Application Form and submit to the UEA London accommodation email address.
2.  If an accommodation offer is communicated, the applicant will need to read, sign and return the Tenancy Letter to the accommodation email address.  Applicants will also need to arrange payment of a £1,000 Room Deposit before the deadline stated in the email.
3.  UEA London Postgraduate Taught offer holders also need to pay their International Student Deposit of £2,000 before 31st July 2013.  This deposit should be paid to UEA as per the instructions in their academic offer letter.  The room deposit should be paid to a different bank account, detailed in the room offer letter.

There is no accommodation deadline for UEA London accommodation. Accommodation is allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, so it’s highly recommended to applicants to apply as early as possible.
